A Little About Our Gemologist Appraiser Designer
A Lifelong Passion
A Native of St. Louis, he has been designing and making jewelry since a young boy. He opened his first jewelry company at the age of 11 and was featured in youth-designer jewelry shows. His passion for design, attention to detail, and love for natural materials led to working with gemstones and mineral specimens. As an avid collector for years he found his way to The Gemological Institute of America, the world's foremost authority in diamonds and gemstones. Upon completing the industry coveted GIA Graduate Gemologist course in Carlsbad, California, he returned home to begin his work as a Gemologist.

Equipped with the necessary training from one of the leading authorities in the industry, a strong commitment to the ethical practice of appraisals and a fine attention to detail he has had his pick of opportunities since graduation. He has had the good fortune to work for a high-end retail jeweler, insurance based jewelry replacement company that works directly with insurance providers, and diamond buyers & sellers. His experience showed him the vast array of jewelry valuation and just how many inconsistencies are present in the practice of appraisal.

His development of the concierge appraisal process and mobile gemological laboratory provides a unique experience and service that is unmatched. We are candidate members in the American Society of Appraisers and complete all appraisals under the standards outlined by USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice).
